Rental conditions
Rates are not published. They depend on the vehicle, the duration, the itinerary, the schedule and the options chosen, and are quoted case by case. Contact us for a proposal.
- Unit prices are exclusive of tax.
- Our offers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- For leasing, the agreed prices may be negotiated.
Payment, in part or in full, is made before the vehicle leaves the SANKO yard.
- Payment method: bank transfer, after the standardised invoice has been filed.
- VAT of 18 % applies.
- Where an exemption applies, the client provides the corresponding supporting document.
Immediate delivery where needed, subject to availability of the requested vehicle.
- The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and returned with a full tank.
Toll charges and all road costs are borne by the client.
- Assignments outside Lomé involving an overnight stay: the driver's subsistence costs are invoiced at 15,000 F per night.
- Where SANKO pre-funds the fuel, it is re-invoiced at the end of the assignment on the basis of distance travelled, indicatively 129 FCFA per kilometre, adjusted to the market price.
The vehicles are insured and their administrative documents are up to date. They are fitted with a satellite tracking system.
- Tracking reports are produced at the client's request.
- One or two of the client's staff can be trained to monitor the vehicles, with access to the tracking platform.
Mileage is unlimited. Servicing and repairs remain SANKO's responsibility throughout the rental period.
- In the event of a breakdown in Lomé, the vehicle is replaced within one hour at most.
- Outside Lomé, replacement takes place within four hours at most, depending on the exact location.
